The Mental Health Nurse Lecturers Tea Party
http://blogs.bcu.ac.uk/mentalhealth/
We are a team of Mental Health Nurse Lecturers based in the Faculty of Health at Birmingham City University. Between us we have more years experience of Mental Health Nursing than we care to admit!
This blog is intended to reflect some of the things that we think about issues relevant to mental health nursing. We each have slightly different interests & this will be reflected in the posts we make.
At the moment (because we have only just started!) this blog has only got contributions from mental health lecturers but we are in the process of collecting contributions from a range of other people. If you think that you want to say anything here then please get in touch - we would really like to hear from tea party guests!
We very much hope that you will take the time to have a look at what we write - even better, tell us what you think!

A Mental Health Nurse?
This is another post from Samantha Chapman who recently joined us from clinical practice. I thought it would be a good idea to identify the role of the mental health nurse. Occasionally when people find out I’m a mental health nurse, they...
