I swear to God, anyone who does any research on the Valerie Plame outing will soon find out that she was the worst kept secret in Washington DC. She wasn't outed, she told people who she was in order to get invited to social and political gatherings. She was an anomaly and she was long past any usefulness as a spy! This is nothing more than a few people saying out loud what this stupid woman was telling everyone secretly! Get over yourselves and get over this ditz. Please!
Considering that Plame outed herself several times earlier, I do not see what all the fuss is about. Scooter took a hit for the worst kept secret in DC. Her hubby and her both used her position, as it were, to work deals and network on many occasions. Her status was alluded to many times in the social columns and her usefulness as a spy was long since over. Cheney taking a page out of the Bill Clinton playbook and not cooperating with anyone seems like a good response for a politician in my book. The libs continued fascination with Cheney shows them up as the vengeful little minds they really are. Stay distracted, your country is better off for it!
