I'm a graduate of The George Washington University, a place so pretentious we feel the urge to stress the "The" before our name, in case anyone confuses us with any of the less expensive and less flashy George Washington Universities running around out there.

Like most future cat ladies pushing shopping carts full of cans, I decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in English. I managed to somehow get employed (and to move off my friend's couch), and now I am embarking on the next crucial phase in my life: becoming a chain smoking alcoholic with high blood pressure.
