Iam involved in a family court action the judge involved
is highly critical of my prescription for methadone for pain.
I believe that after many years of this medication for several chronic pain issues that Iam accustomed to and perfectly cognizant on this medication.I have run a business wrote this and many other far more involved observations critiques etc while on this medication. Are there any precedents or rulings advocating for parent who are in critical pain fighting for there right to be parents and pain free.

I think if you are going to post this you should count the total different story in the USA... There it is the man that are shut out of their children s lives.. That is unless you have enough money to buy the court... everyone in the USA knows that Family Courts are just actions for the children...
