Question: What is the legal defination of "African American"?
Because-
One doesn't have to be black.
One doesen't have to be from Africa.
Millions of Blacks in Europe are removed from Africa by more than a thousand years (ie Hatians) but are still classed as "African Americans" as are Martinekes even though they are French.
Any Ideas?
