I haven't written in days. There is a reason for this. The narrative of this "life" if continued, would go on for another ten years, before arriving in the present.I can't do it to you and I can't do it to me. Those ten years were simply a loop of ev...

Some people HAVE it, some people don't.
Some people GET it, other people don't.
But irregardless, your extraordinary writing skills are blatant.
Keep up the good work.

*Someone mentioned your blog layout colors- I use the exact same ones- God, it's a small world.

A well written man's journal strikes me as a rarity in itself. Why is that? This journal excels by any standard. RGeoffery describes his writing--actually I think he describes himself--as self-deprecating.
I have the same habit.
But if you read what he's done, the struggles he's overcome and those he fights daily, you'll find much to admire in the writing, and more to inspire you in his message.

Geoffrey,

Your prose is compelling. I lowered what would have been a high (9+) rating because of the black with white letter. This makes it sooooo very hard to read, and not very inviting. If you've chosen black for mood, there are a myriad of colours. Remember the reader will stop for any easy reason. Don't let it be because of the white on black. I don't think you're that dark of a person anyway?

I'm at www.sonomahorse.blogspot.com. I've been in a black mood of sorts because I had one of my horses' euthanized on Friday.

I just started my blog, am a non-fiction business writer, and and thinking of trying to make it in the fiction world. Probably more than you wanted to know.

best, Melanie
