Ref; Ethics in ministry.
I was some how disatisfied with the way the question on Homosexuality was avoided and dismissed by the panelists except may be only by Debbie who made her stand clear. This seem to be a trend by many ministers especially from African background to avoid the subject or openly discuss the issue , and yet a number of ministers some who are even Married have been found to be struggling with their homosexual tendencies and some even do go and use male prostitutes discreetly.I knew of a pastor in Zambia who had strange relationships with some of the younger Men in his Church in Zambia and when rumours went round about him,the leaders in the church intervened and silenced everybody and the young men were labelled to be Satanists and dismissed. Now this seem to be the tendency in Zambian society and tradition to avoid facing real life issues that we're not confortable with, and we'lld rather sweep them under the carpet. As a result nothing is done to change or help those people who are found wanting.Let me leave it here for now.
