A somewhat sassy Texan talks about life lessons, Texas, blogging, storytelling and anything else that pops into her head at 4:30 in the morning. It's like sitting on the porch having a conversation with a friend.
'm working right now to raise funds to send some children to cancer camp. In July, 140 children with cancer and blood disorders (and their siblings) will attend a summer camp at Camp Sanguinity. This summer camp is associated with Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. For six glorious days, these children can forget about cancer, and just have some fun.
Families touched by cancer often have devastating medical expenses. WE can help those families. We are trying to raise funds to pay for the registration for every child. That's $150 per child...or $21,000.
If you can spare $5, $10, $15, you can make a huge difference. If you can tell 10 people who might donate, we can raise these funds in a hurry.
Visit my site, and you can find out details or donate through PayPal.
