Love the layout of this blog. Colors reflective of the Kauai I have come cherish. Poipu development information seems to be it's strong point. There are lots of it coming on board...hopefully that and economy will help bring prices down to a more comfortable level...but then again this is Hawaii...limited resources. Whatever...Kauai is still the best!
