Help Me!

Corruption in Wabunseee County!
MY CHILDREN ARE BEING ABUSED AND NO ONE IS LISTENING!!!
Please, I am a young mother of 3 small children ages 12, 8 and 3. I am in fear for my safety but especially my childrens. Last November I fled the state of Kansas to Arizona for the safety of my children and myself. My soon to be ex husband is violent and abusive! I have a protective order! He has been arrested multiple times for domestic violence and assault. The small town in which I live just southwest of Topeka Kansas offers me no refuge! My husbands��s attorney lives right behind my house where I am under his watchful eye at all times. The Sheriff and Police department are corrupt! After being ordered by a judge in Wabunsee County to come back to Kansas and drag my kids out of school and their safe place with family the judge ordered my children visitation with this abuser and back into his care. A CPS report of abuse and neglect was Filed on Feb 24 by the Mental Health Center of East Central Kansas. The Hutchinson SRS did NOTHING until today, 3-12. They say they spoke with someone at the Wabaunsee county sheriff/police department and decided NOT TO INVESTIGATE. Not even check with the kids! What could the sheriffs office possible say or know that would cause such an action??
My kids cry about going over to their fathers! I get calls begging to come home! They are abused and neglected!
I dont know what to do. The authorities are on his side and I have nowhere else to turn.
The Wabunsee police and sheriffs department has been called to my home on several occasions with domestic violence. Although my husband has ties into the department they still arrested him for 5 charges of assault. One of the officers personally dated my husbands sister and knows his family well. On January 17, my husband leaving a bruise on my arm assaulted me. When I called 911 the same officer arrived and did nothing but file a report even seeing the mark on my arm.
I made 4 calls to Wabaunsee 911 to get help for my children when cars seats were not being used for my 3year old and 7 year old. I gave them specific times to stop my husband and issue a warning so that he would get them in car seats. All of the times they failed to stop him! The same officer was in my home taking pictures of the bruises on my arm went out to my husbands car on Jan 18, 2009 spoke to him a friend even though he was ON DUTY and issued a private friendly warning.
YESTERDAY, a prominent Dr. of Psychiatry in Manhattan was forced to STOP a custody evaluation on 3-11-09 because of the severity of the allegations in the report from my children listed in the report. NOW the officers at CPS wont even talk to my children to confirm the abuse and neglect. The corruption is everywhere!!
Can you imagine if it was your child??
What if someone abusing your children like what is going on in Wabaunsee County!
These men are officials within the Government!! What next??? Do I get to wait until my child is found dead for someone to listen??!!!
