The heads are hand sculpted of polymer clay; it is about 2 inches high, so very tiny tools are used to sculpt the details in each cake topper or figurine. The head will be slightly larger than normal for the body. Each head is custom made according to your photos. These choices include skin tone, eye color and hair color.
