Transforming Body, Mind, and Soul…

http://www.yanyanxu.com

Most weight lifters would look at my stats and recommend for me to bulk and gain more weight. The reason I choose to cut at this stage is because I feel I have hit a good ratio of size. I look very normal with a shirt on and with it off I surprise many of my friends. If I decide to gain more weight and become huge, I feel I am changing myself too much. First and foremost, I am a nerd. I do well in school, I enjoy my classes and am pretty awesome with a computer. If you saw me on campus, I probably look like any other person. It would be very hard to see and judge that I workout everyday.

My goal is to maintain my own physique, but tweak it to perfection like what I do with my computer. I want to tone my muscles and get an incredible 6 pack. To do this, I need to lose several pounds of body fat around my stomach and increase the size of my abdominals as well as other muscles just enough to enhance the overall body image.

This will be a long and hard process for me as I put on body fat like a bear about to hibernate and my small frame. I plan to do what I do best, study and research the most efficient and effective ways to improve my nutrition and exercises.
