Prevent Drowsy Driving and Falling Asleep at the Wheel
We have all driven when we are fatigued. 1500 annual deaths and 100,000 accidents are attributed to drowsy driving. When was the last time you caught yourself nodding off at the wheel while driving?

We have recently finished laboratory testing of a device (now commercially available) that prevents microsleep/falling asleep and makes drivers 25% to 40% more alert. (Tests results printed in the National Defense Industry Association GVSETS 2009 Symposium.) Drowsy drivers can't fall asleep when using this device. (This is American made, by the way.)

A sleepy or fatigued driver is a danger to himself (or herself) and others. Although you should never drive when you are sleepy, there is now a device on the market, the Cold Diffusion Fatigue Fighter (CDFF), that won't let you fall asleep while driving. Unlike devices that startle you awake when you start to fall asleep at the wheel (risky in many ways), the CDFF keeps you awake and increases alertness.

Dont drive if you know you are sleepy.
If you feel drowsy while you are driving, pull off the road and get some sleep.
Understand that if you are drowsy, even if you manage to stay awake, your reaction time and your judgment is impaired.
If you think that you are AT RISK of becoming drowsy, attach the CDFF to your bare shin and turn it on.

The CDFF has a programmed cycle that uses temperature variations to prevent your body from establishing the core body temperature required for sleep. You simply won't fall asleep while using the device. There is also a documented 25% to 40% alertness increase in fatigued individuals. This device has only been tested for an eight hour period. It is not intended to allow you to stay awake forever. Always remember that it is dangerous to go without sleep for long periods of time. If used as recommended, the CDFF will keep you from falling asleep at the wheel, make you more alert while driving, and allow you to get safely home or to the next rest stop where you can stop and get sleep.

This is also ideal for studying while you are tired. Students who want to get in an extra hour or two of ALERT studying will do better with this device.

The temptation to use chemical stimulants as an alertness aid is made unnecessary with the CDFF.

Another use is for people who have very tedious monitoring work. This increases alertness for boring, mundane tasks (documented tests available).

I heard about this system you convert you diesel truck to hydrogen hybrid, extract hydrogen from water and you can save as much as 30% of fuel using water. has anyone had any experience with these hydrogen generators?
here is a website I found offering the systems. www.fuelfromh2o.com
and they offer a 30 day money back garantee..

Earn more money. Reduce the costs of fuel which is your major cost of doing business. Use the same technology that companies like Allied Waste use to reduce fuel costs of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. My main business is in mortgages and I speak to many truck drivers trying to get home loans. When i review their income there is a major drop off from last year to this year. Much of it is attributed to higher fuel costs. You can go to this website www.forearthonline.com/futurefuel/ to learn more about the product that will save you, and make you money while doing something good for the environment. Did I mention that it helps reduce harmful emissions by 30-40%. Oh, and the Unser Family backs the product as well. Take a look and let me know what you think. Good or bad. Make MOney and Go GREEN.

Hello, and thanks for posting this.

I would say just about anything could be made locally that is being shipped from the coast.
There are 1000's of different products shipped everyday. I cannot think of anything, that we use in this day that has not been on a truck at some point in time.

The problem with making the products locally, is cost. Why do you think everything just about these days says made in china, or mexico or wherever except USA?

It is because, it's cheaper to buy it over sea's and shipp it to you.
We (Americans) refuse to work for $2.50 or $3.00 per hr. So nothing gets made in America it gets to go to China or Mexico...mostly Mexico to be made for 75% less than what it cost in the USA to make.

I thought I would ask the truck driving industry about possible ideas for a new business. With the high costs of fuel there will need to be more products being manufactured locally.
I'm not trying to take any business away, the way I see it is that the parts will need to be shipped here.

I want to start a medium size mfg company. I am located in Nebraska. I would like some ideas on what is being shipped in from the coasts that could be made here at a better cost.
Call me crazy for posting this. But I respect Truck Drivers & what they do. You have great insight & who else sees more of the great USA.
