WHAT?? You are freaking CRAZY??!?!?

... that program is worth WAAAAAY more than $40... did you even bother to read what was in it and implement it? Cuz I swear to god that book is what got me my set of abs. Instead of whining about what was probably an accounting error on their part (yes, it happens), how about READING IT and WORKING IT???!!? its a DAMN GOOD BOOK WITH A SNOOTLOAD OF GOOD SOLID INFORMATION.

and sorry, but I was a member of a very big gym for over 15 years before I found the book and not one of those hacks EVER told me about the majority of the moves he outlines in that book. 100% the truth. So, you must belong to a KICKASS gym, or have stumbled upon a trainer that read the book before she/he trained you!! LOL.

yah, and btw, no gym will give you all that nutritional information that's in the book either... at least they're not supposed to unless they employ a nutritionist. And a lot of what he says is NOT COMMONLY held knowledge. He changed the way I view food and the way I eat.

and ya know what else? Most people DON'T join a gym, they want to learn this stuff at home. This book is the answer to that.

So, I stand behind what I say about this book. I don't scam either. I've read, I believe in it, I recommend it. Period.

The truth about Abs is a scam! Beware, if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. When they say you can try their product for 21 days and if you decide you don't want it they will not charge your the extra fee, Its a lie!. I tried out their so called "policy" and they blew me off. I sent 5 emails in total trying to get in contact with the company from the first day I downloaded the product. They sent me one email saying they will be glad to help and I haven't heard anything from them since. And yes! they did charge me the extra $35.00. So unless you want to throw away $40.00 don't even bother. Everything that Mike says you can learn at a gym, in fact that's exactly what he advices. So save your money, and join a gym instead its much more resourceful.
