Hi Dale,

You have a Job Instruction manual. If this is original, it is quite a find. Where did you stumble across that item? If you go to my other content site, www.trainingwithinindustry.net, you will find a pdf version of your manual. A nice thing about the JI manual is that it applies to anyone who is involved with directing the work of others. I hope you find the opportunity to pick up this valuable skill.

I have just received a manual from the "War Manpower Commission, Washington D.C. December 1942. It is 68 pages typed with the heading titled, "Job Instruction Training Plan For War Production". It is divided into 5- "Session Outlines" and ends with "Reference Material". It has diagrams and drawings with a lot of note taking in pencil. The cover "letter" is to: The War Production Trainer, & is signed: Sincerely, C.R. Dooley, Training Within Industry. It is signed, C.R. Dooley.
Any information would be very helpful, I can send more information and answer any questions that I can, to help you.
Thanks In Advance,
Dale E. Schut
