hi girls, here's a hint dont do any weighins for at least a month, i through away my scales messure yourself after your firts weightin and then after your next 4 week weigh messure again, you'll find you will lose more cm than kgs its not so dissapointing and plenty os water and you need to do over 10,000 steps per day and thats not running after kids, i wish you both luck it's hard work and the older we the harder it gets so you 2 spring chickens need to catch up to us,,, love ya
