I'll give you a 5 because you have very informative content and are talking on a very important topic. However I'll add some constructive criticism because talking about this very saturated topic requires preciseness and a certain 'image'. I'm not shallow in the least, but to talk about making money online you've gotta show how it's working for you. (which is why I am not publish my "making money online" website until I actually am successful in that area).
Give examples, give charts, graphs. People love graphs and visual information. If you are making money online show how much you are making and from WHAT sources. Google AdSense? Affiliated Marketing? List what matters. Give your experience and stories, and most of all be vulnerable.
Your design is basic, which is good and easy to navigate that gray color on the sidebar is very plain, and the blue isn't working. Cursive writing in the header looks very shady, amateurish. .
I think you are using too many advertisements for your little foundation. I suggest that you build more viewers and commenters before you focus on ads.. To be brutally honest, it seems to me (and maybe others) you are blogging about making money so that YOU can make money. If that's your goal, then take it slow and back off on the ads and blatant attempts to gain money.
I do like the consistent updates and material you have chosen. Make changes as you see fit, and good luck!
