My first blog, in which I hope to begin to explore what makes up who I am. Who am I? Just an ordinary, middle-aged, white, gay male survivor of the closet who has been attempting to live in the light of truth for just over a decade now. I am often impatient with the pace of societal change in general & with the pace at which I am acclimating myself to the freedom of a post-closet life in particular. I also try not to regret that part of my life I have sacrificed to hiding from the world.
