Really well balanced article. I want to give our customers the best possible online shopping experience, so I try to offer 'added value' wherever possible to try and build customer loyalty in a very crowded market-place. This year will be tougher than last year, as many people here in the UK are still worried about their jobs, so they are shopping sensibly and not going mad.
