Great topics and gives more options and info to decide, but in relation with the mind and its function, I would like to recommend the book "Wisdom of the Heart" by Flora Rocha, because she explaines in a superb and easy way how the mind and the heart must connect and act in harmony, much more deep information is portrayed in this book and it really is a must have one.
