Unlikely Oilfield Wife
http://www.unlikelyoilfieldwife.com
Ok, so I've spent my entire life in southern Louisiana, so I've always known that the oilfield is a big deal here. But you don't know the half of it until you live in the thick of it. Yes, somehow someway, I became an oilfield wife. An unlikely one. My husband and I are into politics and religions and travel. We like indie music and don't currently have kids. We don't go mud riding or live in the country. We are liberals who believe in alternative energy AND more drilling. Oh, and if you're pissed about gas prices, it's not my fault.

Last night before bed, I hear a peeing sound in the bathroom. Incredibly freaked out that someone is in my house, I go into the bathroom and see my cat on the toilet. I realize that you can train cats to do this, to pee in a toilet, but I've never ev...
28 and Ornery
The older I get, the more anti social I get. I love silence so much. I don't need to fill up space with constant talking. I like sitting in my office at home, the quiet whir of my sewing machine or embroidery floss pulling through the fabric. I live ...
