Hi:
I have had to apply for FMLA due to family member's health issues. I have been off since 8/25/2009. Thus no income either.
My question is:
1. Am I eligible for benefits?
2. I have also moved from Michigan to Texas. Called Texas office and they said that since I have no salary in Texas, I have to apply for benefits in Michigan.
Does this create any problems in getting benefits?
Any reply will be appreciated.
