It's kind of strange: Vegetables are much cheaper than meat. But nevertheless people need some contrary advice... thanks for providing that.
As a vegetarian artist and writer I have juggled my love for food, the drive to stay organic, my conscience regarding the impact of my diet on the planet within the confines of a sometimes tight budget. Of all the reasons why one "cannot" be, stay or simply try out being a vegetarian - the "I can't afford it" is the one justification that seems most upsetting. Maybe this helps a bit.....
