Here's a possible solution. What if we invite and transport all of the people of Iraq to come live here in the USA. We could provide housing, clothing, bank accounts and credit cards. Teach them English, school their children, set them up a community and create jobs for them. This way we could bring our troops home and we wouldn't leave a whole country of disinfranchised people to be victims of any other power. The whole issue of WMD was bogus. The destruction of their country nothing more than greed for their oil. Wake up America and smell the coffee. Look what we were sold and what most of our silence has done to those people. I want to be a respected US citizen once more not be embarrassed by the leaders in control.
I agree with you Theresa. Violence only bring more violence. I don't want to think what will happen in the future to America, after creating this "memory" of war in the Middle East. I am so sorry for the innocent ones. The poor that will always be poor no matter which president they have, the old ones and the children. I am also very sorry for the mothers of America that are losing their sons there.
