The vons store on Durango and Warm Springs road in Las Vegas Nevada, is probably the worst exoerience to walk in to. The BIG STORE DIRECTOR with earrings in his ear , I beleive, his name is Rich, is the meanest person i have ever seen. The way he talks to his employees and just people in general is awful. I sent almost $400.00 in the last 2 weeks in that store and I regret it . He needs to go. That is a beautiful store , but he makes it a nightmare. I will not go there ever again. 1 person can have an effect, and make it into 10 people, as you know. I will take my business down to the new Smiths store when it opens....
