Congratulations on running your marathon! Now that's leading by example.
Thanks for being passionate and articulate on how to effectively change behavior. Most physicians won't take the time necessary to educate their patients on the proper natural ways to live healthier. It is much easier to prescribe a pill to artificially compensate for poor lifestyle choices. I am not blaming physicians, I'm blaming our current healthcare delivery system.
We don't have a "health" care system, we have a "sick" care system. We pour trillions of dollars each year fixing preventable diseases after the damage has been done. The old saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" is needed today more than ever. Thanks for doing your part.

P.S. I'll raise your rating to a "10" when you help me lose the extra 10 pounds I should by summer!
