What Are College Coaches Looking for in You

1. If you have the ability and talent to play at the college level.
2. If you have great character and are easy to coach, coaches do not want trouble makers.
3. Displaying work ethic on and off the court, coaches want to know you are going to go the extra mile to become the best.
4. You need to be the right size for your position, height and muscle mass attribute to your success.
5. If your grades are good this will open a lot of doors for you in the recruiting process. Sometimes coach’s pay is based on their player’s graduation rate.
