When he Kisses her it Rains in a Thirsty Desert

Amidst fading faces
I stand here
Conversing with myself
About a new tomorrow
A distant dream.

No questions asked

That’s how we talk now
In monotones

The warm feelings from the past, imbued with memories, pleasures and joys. Experiences infused with the glow, the music and an appeal that sets the darkest of nights on fire. The pleasures and pains from heartwarming facets of adolescence, the old neighborhoods, former love, former relationships, school experiences and events that help put the flame back on.

The nostalgic pleasures are normal to human mind. There is no one who at one time or another has not experienced the pleasures of this drive down memory lane. Those who deny are in a state of chaos within themselves. I love the psychopathology of nostalgia. It heightens my existence.

So I was tagged and I don’t even have the link to tag it back to the person who tagged me. Since I am back at work and sort of still on vacation because I am still not in the groove, I will let my heart satisfy itself with blogging. Yes my work per...
