tory about shitty service and nonsense people, i.e. WORDANS montreal.
It sucks so much that I almost threw the t-shirt into garbage that I got from wordans. The order was delayed by 7 days, that is other story. I am from a club and we planned to order a lot of t-shirts, jackets, hoodies etc from wordans. But thought, rightly thought to test with one. And it worked.
The ordered 7 days late unlike what they promise to deliver in 48 hours if in the same city. After 7 days we called to remind and they posted it. But the print on jacket was so bad that anyone could make it out. WHY DID THEY MAIL IT TO ME IF THEY COULD SEE THE shitty PRINT. Well, that is them. Now when I called back to complain they didn’t agree that they could print that ad and refused to believe me. After several mails they called me to their shop. HUH~~~ they finally agreed it was shitty.
Now they refused to refund saying that will spoil their credit history. But didn’t think of spoiling their reputation. After few minutes of more argument Antoine (Affiliate Manager) agreed to refund next day. (I don’t know why next day). It takes 2 minutes to do it. Anyway, I asked him to mail confirmation for refund so that I have proof. He does it but with hesitation. Now I called after 2 days since there was no refund. The Communications Director/Sales Director tells me that she didn’t have time to do it so call her next day if I didn’t get refund. I call next day and she said she was busy. BUSY? My ass? But she promised to do it after she hangs up. Next day I found she hadn’t done it and I had to give shit, some wet one and make her do it on phone. And it was finally done. It took less than a minute.
They advertise that quality is important to them. If it was right they wouldn’t have mailed me a shitty-printed jacket. Second thing, I saw their printing lab and returns they get.. SHIT… i realized that I was not the only one to get badly printed jacket. There were worse. Why do they mail it when they can see it that it is so bad? Do they accept people to keep it instead of wasting time like me or they are planning to close down their shop.
Anyway, I am done with them and I got my money back. I thought no one should suffer like me. So put this page on web.
