I am a man. I am an idiot. I am THIRTY years of age, a man, and an idiot. In a self imposed rite of passage I have decided to take the ultimate plunge with my wife and apply my universal ineptitude to conceiving, preparing for, and caring for another human being. A 'Child', if you will. This blog should (genuinely) hopefully chart that journey where I attempt to swap, in a purely metaphorical sense, my xbox for nappy rash. For all Dads & Wannabes.

Thank you for the help on "Cochlin" "coughlin"...I've not researched the line into Ireland yet...but will try with the different spelling when I do. I have them born in Ireland, and some in England, but that's as far as I've gone with it so far...thanks again!
