Nice touch in the meditation related themes, and precisely I just had an incredibly excellent experience, a read a wonderful book: "Wisdom of the Heart" by Flora Rocha, which helped me understand and live all the spiritual concerns with a different much deeper point of view, it was so relieving and nurturing that I sincerely recommend to all to get this unique book, you would realize why it is the number one right now.

Great blog.
