You Bar Online Community
http://www.youbars.com/you_blog/wordpress/
The You Blog is a blog customized to address the health and dietary needs of the You Bar (www.youbars.com) community– health conscious people looking for ways to better themselves through improving their eating habits.
You Bar was founded on the principle that people should be allowed to choose what they eat. The You Blog is designed to follow up that new found freedom with information about peoples nutritional choices. You Blog entries will be focused on current health-food trends and how they relate to the reader. This includes reporting on the latest diets, “super foods” (i.e. goji berries), as well as keeping our ever watchful eye on products to avoid (i.e. high fructose corn syrup).
The great transcendentalist Ralf Waldo Emerson once said “Thought is the blossom; language the bud; action the fruit behind it.” We hope this blog will inspire the blossom of thought and lead to you bearing the fruit of good health in the future.
