1 Meal 1 Chef Who and What do you want

If your were given a chance to have one meal cooked by your favorite chef what meal, and what chef would you choose?

Hands down it would be Gordon Ramsey just because he's so adorable! And I think I would have him recreate a good old-fashioned New England clambake. Why a clambake? Because they take all day to cook! hee hee hee

Me too, Gordon Ramsey. He is just so common sense oriented that I find him refreshing. If I could have an extra bonus, I'd have Alton Brown giving color commentary while Ramsey works. As far as what he could make, the pork belly dish he made using the pigs he raised in his back yard looked awfully yummy.

Favorite chefs are dead, BUT ... for the living one it would have to be Anthony Bourdain, and just about anything he would make!

Wolf Gang Puck and Emerald are great Chefs that I had the opportunity years ago to work along side with when I was in Culinary in Disney.

wow, I thought this thread was buried.
Glad to see people are getting into the food mood.
Some of the guys from Top Chef have been putting together some cool recipes also.
I enjoy cooking and enjoy learning from chefs with different backgrounds, one of my all time favs is Yan Can Cook, funny guy with a nice flair to share.

  Oh me too! Although I've stopped being a chef due to injury.. I love learning different cuisines too. French being my favourite!
  I come from Singapore where our foods are influenced by various cultures especially the 4 main ones: Chinese, Malay, Indian, European (mainly Portuguese and English). I've worked in a French kitchen in London. All over the shop!
