Sorry, I don't get the idea of steering an open discussion forum into accepted and non-accepted topics.

Isn't diversity what makes things exciting?

Also, personally...I don't have the time to be making extra clicks to get into a sub-category.

General Discussion has the potential to be an exciting place because of its open and free discussion.

BIG....... I agree, but why not try to change the course for 48 hours. I don't mind post anywhere, but lets see if we can do it.

The political forum was set up for non BC members to capitalize on the information, ideas and debates that happen around the topic of politics from the prospective of bloggers.
If it was done correctly and we supported the political discussion group we really might have a chance to get our blogs noticed by people outside of BC.

  That's fine....but my time to peruse forums is limited....so, I like to have things popping on the "main board."
