Holy cow that is a lot of places to submit articles too...
In reality though how much traffic do you really gain? -
I've just added a link to your post on my blog, giving also my visitors the possibility to stumble it

Um- It looks like you copied your list from www.articlewritingtips.com/submit-articles.htm
I guess you missed the part that said - No part of this website may be copied or reproduced without permission. Did you get permission to copy their list? -
The owner of articlewritingtips.com is requesting that he either remove the material that he copied and did not credit or credit them as the original author. I think they are being pretty generous.
After all articlewritingtips does all the work. It takes allot of work to update the page and he just copied it. I think it was most unethical.
He tried to pass this work off as his own. He created a new work derived from the original work.
This does NOT fall under fair use in my opinion.-
Articlewrittingtips.com should also have acknowledged there sources. I doubt if they've just discovered all the links themselves.

That's true. Rose told me I could add some content (trivia, some information about the song, etc.) to my videos in order to get more visitors to my blog.

What on earth are you talking about. The video he posts on his blog are from youtube. Youtube allows embedding. We are not talking about altering videos. lmao
I simply told him instead of just posting the video to get some interaction going on his blog by getting his readership involved.
I don't know what you are going on about.
You are the one here who infringed on copyright. You copied the entire page and tried to pass it off as you own work. Take it up with articlewritingtips not me. They state "No part of this website may be copied or reproduced without permission. You did not get permission. -
don't have to submit to hundred of these article directories, just enough you concentrate just 2-3 article directories like goarticles or ezinearticle.

I see you still claim authorship of this list, even though you have been called on it and also admitted it. Why don't you make the appropriate changes to your blog? Indeed, if the original author wants it down, then go by the rules of fair use. Write a post describing the utitlity of the list. Include some samples, quoted, and link to the other guy. You get readers in an honest manner. He gets readers and is happy for the traffic: win-win.
Otherwise, you've killed your credibility here, unless, like Crkian and Nyirendac, people don't read prior postings. I would also suggest that you make any other necessary changes. Don't you feel a tiny twinge of guilt about putting your name after every post and claiming copyright? I'm trying to figure out the angle. No advertising, even though you are fond of the word "free", so you're not going for a quick buck that way. But your blog shows that you have seen enough of the net to know what is right and wrong. So what gives? Building page rank and then going for advertising dollars or selling the domain? Or is this part of your job resume? I don't expect an answer to these questions, but you must make adjustments to your blog. Even if you didn't know the original source, you knew that you did not write this and yet you tacked your name and a copyright on it. Remember too this bit of advice when you take material from elsewhere, even if they grant you permission to do so with no attribution: Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware.-
I read the whole page, and I didn't see it. If an attribution is there though, then that doesn't it make it better. Placing it at the beginning isn't enough either. You did say you just copied this list, right? But it is not in quotes on your page. And you are not allowed to copy entire posts, just bits under fair use rules of copyright law. This isn't a matter of personal opinion, but you know that.
Amazing difference between your tone here and the private message you left in my shout box. Enough though. I'll steer my way around your avatar when I see it. Win-win.

I noticed that the netterweb link is on a site that is displaying text link ads. I guess they are no longer in business, you may wish to remove it.
