I may be counting wrong, as I see 13
I've tried using my camera's flash in daylight, when the metering has the foreground underexposed, but its range is not good enough to get all of it properly lit.
(note to self: use first salary to buy better camera, or one with flash hot shoe)-
Omar, in that matter. Use flash to lighten up foreground in sunrise or sunset on a tripod. It might be fun.

I don't have a tripod
I have to place the camera on a surface, instead. -
That way, the perspective is even better from ground level
