Though I would go through withdrawls and feel totally disconnected to the world if I didn't have the internet, I could live without it. As, well as some others, however...

Based on today's geographical layout of cities and sprawling suburbs, I would say that being without a car would definitley be hard to live with. Living in the suburbs disallows oneself to become self-sufficient.

I got reprimanded on my last vacation, by some lady who told me to put my laptop away and get in the pool.

Oh, I like to vacate. Er, get away often. At least once a month my boys and I find something fun do to somewhere. We love outdoor music festivals.

While I love the internet I could live without it. I like cars, and find them useful, but I can live without them. I have no use for cell phones, landlines (other than some functionality), or blackberrys and the like.

Um, I don't know. I can think of a few other, maybe not so 21st century inventions I couldn't - or wouldn't like to live without....

Such as indoor plumbing, electricity, and heating.
