30 Day Blog Series

I forgot to officially announce this here, but I have recently started up a 30 day blog series called "Back To The Basics [of blogging]". Basically it starts at the beginning - picking a topic, getting a domain, getting a host, etc, and it will get more advanced as time goes on.
I'm trying to cover topics that I know quite a bit about, so some things, like monetization, will only be mentioned here and there. And occasionally I put little blurbs of my opinion in it, like my thoughts on starting a blog purely for money.

I think if you aimed for more different types of blogging software it would be a bit better-
Like I said, I'm trying to stick with what I know, and I've had very little experience with any self-hosted blog software other than wordpress. For the most part the series will be completely independent of what software is used, really only the post on wordpress, plugins, and themes will depend on it. Perhaps in the future (after this series) I'll write up a few more posts to expand on it and cover MT, b2evolution, and some of the free services like Blogger as well.

Actually, got a good idea:
