As of yesterday I have put up 40 recipes...with 70 still on my list of things to post. Who knew you could carry around more than 100 recipes in your head?

Yesterday it was Stuffed Shells, a terrific and tasty Italian dish. Today I'm going to do Gravlax, or cured salmon, currently considered a gourmet treat but once a way for people like my grandmother to preserve the fish they caught on their annual trek to The Coast. Gravlax will set you back a bit at the market, but if you buy the tail-end of the salmon and make it yourself, you'll have a delicious gourmet treat for a pittance.
