great list, but for me, way more than 5 minutes.

I bet you cannot submit my site to those nine search engines in 5 minutes. Ready, set, GO! lol

There are lots of steps to each, checking to see if you are there already, reading through the forms to find where to enter your link, things to agree to.... I was easily 30 seconds into it, not done with the first one, and bumming large... then I was out of there...

Great list, great concept... is there a way to make it simpler to pound through it in 5 minutes?

  The directories do take a little longer, but the list is mostly search engines that just need a URL and an e-mail (usually to confirm and then add you to a mailing list).
  
  There are auto-submission services on the web and I'm sure all of these are out there. Some are free, but do a great job of getting you in the directories because of the typing you need to do. I recommend free or paid submission services to search engines only.
