   The bare butts do not disturb me. What disturbs me is that we are drinking other people's drugs in our drinking water. Estrogen, anti-convulsants, birth control pills, viagra etc. are flushed down toilets and that municipal wastewater ends up in the aquifers that we draw our drinking water from.

   I think that's genius. Public humiliation works for me. If only it could display the name of the offending parties on the sign, but that would probably violate their rights. Oh well, hell, if their dumping green goo into the water supply - to hell with their rights.
