a commercial for a blog?

A friend of mine in LA, who writes a pizza blog that is rated #12 on Urbanspoon, asked me to link his blog to mine. I decided to take it a step further and made a quick ad for his blog. Ever seen a commercial for a blog? What do you think of mine?

I think it is a GREAT idea! Plus, I think you did a very, very good job making this commercial for your friend. I do video production for bands and I was impressed. Plus it's funny.

That's a really good ad! You are very talented!

I think that's a great idea. I do plan on doing commercials for my book when it is published. I even have the song for it: "Wild Women Don't Die--they just dye their hair!" It's an actual song!

Has anyone ever placed a TV commercial for their blog on a major or local network? I have not seen any.

Im just wondering how many hits someone would get. I wonder why it has never been done yet.
