I posted a blog about the "official" millionth word added to the English language.

According to GLM, a company that tracks words and word usage on the Internet for marketing purposes, says a new word is added to the English language every 98 minutes. That means, English started out with only one word in the fall of 1822.

What's the word you would have started with?

Given that a word/thing is an abstraction from singular concrete realities, back in 1822, as in 2009, I may have said Mom or cat, after having noticed different Mom's or a few feline cats.

Maybe a word that could have been used in many different ways, such as "Yo!" or "Dude!"?
