A Zombie plague...

I heard on either the Daily show or the Colbert report that newspapers are warning of biological weapons in 5 years! Then I remembered my fictional blog and how a hellish zombie outbreak begins the apocalypse in 2013. Furthermore, the past two nights I've had dreams about a zombie outbreak and fending for myself. Maybe I just like zombies too much. What would you do in a zombie outbreak?

Your answers could help me with writing my blog/novel. Personally, I'd grab a few weapons, plenty of ammo and fortify myself inside of a Walmart. (plenty of food and even though they do not sell weapons anymore, they have plenty of ammunition)

I think in reality people'd fuck like bunnies.
I might ransack a grocery store but I wouldn't stay there. Power might give out and I'd rather be at my house with piles of wood for my fireplace and candles from the store. I might grab some ammo but the thing is I've only shot a gun once, so that could go badly as well. I kinda flinch every time someone shoots.

no more zombies, please. george romero has worn this damn concept out. and i just can't take any zombie-oriented stuff seriously since "shaun of the dead".
zombies are, uh, dead.

I'd move onto a Yacht, Zombies can't swim
I'd stay close enough to gather supplies as needed, and when I enter dry land I'd be armed with a flame thrower.
I'd also gather human resources such as chemist and bio techs to experiment with different approaches to rid the land of zombies.

As for the gerbil invasion, I believe South Park did that one lol Plus the book/blog I'm writing isn't only about zombies, they're kinda like the.... sprinkles on the apocalypse cupcake.

lol Vampire elephants. That might be interesting, except I don't think I've ever seen or heard of an elephant biting anyone and it's really hard to picture that haha
