Through my life experiences, I know a fair amount about:

1) heart attacks and heart failure (from my wife's experience)
2) good foreign movies
3) hockey (I'm originally from Canada)

What three things might surprise people to know you know more than most about?

Let's see, I think cooking, drawing techniques and composing music. But I don't think that these are surprising for people who know me haha. Maybe the composing music part can.

Do you have a signature dish?
    2. TJlubrano
Well not one in specific. I have a few dishes from my mom side, like 'nasi'. She's from Surinam. The Surinam cuisine has lots of influences from other countries as well.

I'm not sure I've had anything from Surinam. Can you offer examples of dishes I might know, or that are your faves?

What's been your most ambitious balloon animal?
    2. BrianPhillips
Most ambitious? Not really an animal. Did a carousel complete with half a dozen horses.

Also did a dragon that was quite cool.

    3) Feeling guilty.

No, wait. Strike those. You said "quasi-expert," not "expert." In that case, I've got nothing.

Knowing if something's level - it's a curse, like having perfect pitch and listening to someone sing off key. I can spot things that aren't level from a mile away.
