About wordpress comment error

I have problem can't sent comment to all blog with wordpress script.

      I clicked the surname to find the blog urls. One is a blogspot (Blogger) blog so the wordpress script question can't apply to it and what wordpress script is is beyond me anyway - maybe he means javascript. The other url is a no go.
