As the year is coming to a close, I thought it would be nice if everyone added their best post.

Just one.

Mine arrived by accident when someone asked the question in the discussions, and I was remdinded of it yesterday when someone asked the question again. "What is Love", so I added it to my drnerdy blog

drnerdy.wordpress.com/2007/12/23/christmas-post-what-is-love/

merry Christmas

I think it was this one: www.loquaciouscurmudgeon.net/?p=358#comments

I have to warn it contains subject matter that may not be appropriate for all (or any!) audiences, but it was fun to write.
    1. dpivans1

I usually think it is my latest one, but how do you really know?
    willtaft.com/environment/will-earth-survive-one-humble-opinion/

If you go by how often people find a post in search results it truthfully might be this one:

Will, I left you a comment on your "Will Earth Survive...." post. You write very well and I liked your take on the subject.

Hmm... well I just read your post on love (which was great), and now I don't know if I should add mine. But even though its not earth shattering, or particularly insightful, it was exactly what I was thinking at the time, and I wrote it the way I was feeling.

acoustic: a christmas singer, guitar player and poet.. your post is eternal.
    1. acousticguitarist
      Thanks

I was worried for a moment that I'd have to give up chocolate... I'm having free trade coffee right now

My daughter did ballet, now she does ballroom..and samba, bossa jive etc
    2. dpivans1

the travel one is very sensible and my kids usually start climbing the walls after an hour

I havve a rule - they are only allowed to say 'are we there yet' 3 times each, but we have a trial run together first.
  10. dpivans1
Tony, loved your post and left comment.
    1. acousticguitarist
      thanks Patricia

Just to clarify my post, I'm not really that paranoid. I don't think everyone is going to laugh at me. I just think it was one of those that I was feeling it at that time and I after I read it, it made me laugh because I realized that I was being a total doofus.
But I just noticed that I came back here to make sure no one thought I was that paranoid...I guess I just answered my own question.
    1. acousticguitarist
i wasn't thinking that you were paranoid...but now that you mention it

      :-) just teasing
    1. tetsujin
Lol stumbled that one too, like it really needed it, I think I have stumbled it before on a different computer, but hey, can't hurt.

Here's my best post thus far. My site's only been a month in existence, and for some reason, this one takes the cake.

    1. dpivans1
voodooKobra, I do agree with you...though I might have said it a little less aggressively...lol Religious beliefs should be taught in church and in the home...not in school. We have a little thing called "Seperation of Church and State"...it's a good policy and we should adhere to it.
    2. tetsujin
Stumbled it anyway, hope it helps

acoustic: Indeed. Right up there with the signing of the Magna Carta. I wouldn't be surprised to find you receiving next year's Nobel Peace Prize.

This was one of my favourites and I received lots of positive comments about the cancel peace photo which I took in Battersea Park, London:-

    1. acousticguitarist
there's some sort of active x control wanting to load...is that right???
    2. techfun
No, nothing like that should be loading. What control is it?

I use strictly Linux and Firefox so I don't see it.
    3. Unfettered
acoustic: Are you using IE 7 with enhanced security? Because that will prompt for allowing scripts and ActiveX stuff to run. It does that when I view my own blog from IE 7 on my Server 2003 box, even though the blog is all PHP/Javascript.
