US National Academy of Engineering have formed a committee of 18 erudite think-tank which includes Larry Page (Google co founder), Dr Craig venter (Top Genome pioneer) and Ray Kurzweil (Thinker and Futurist) to discuss the greatest technological challenges for humanity in 21 century.
Mr Kurzweil (Head of committee) is predicting that by 2029 we will have kind of softwares and hardwares that would enable machines to archive human level intelligence.
"We'll have intelligent Nanobots go into our brains through the capillaries and interact directly with our biological neurons," Kurzweil told BBC News.
What do you think? Can we achieve such AI or its just surreal dream?

I have no clue, though 2029 seems early. I guess it depends on what kinds of tasks and capabilities you're talking about. Meanwhile, I'll defer to Uri, who unfortunately is not hanging out at the moment: www.blogcatalog.com/user/urikalish

machine will not rule man. and you yourself will be able (educated) to have control over these little nanobots. the same goes for anti-aging.
