«You may call this a project. The goal is to gather hundreds of blog links and display them here as dots (.). The rules are simple. Fill in your name and email in the proper fields in the comment area (email won’t be displayed or used in anyway, is just for commenting purposes only), leave your blog’s link in the field for that purpose. The comment should have your blog title or description, as it will be the dot link’s title (the text that will appear on you pass mouse over the link). The first few links will be added by me. I hope this list grows in a good pace. In the end you’ll find a badge and a button that you can add to your site to help promote this project.»

it sounds like a viral linkbait? What is the purpose? -
Obviously it has something viral about it, but the main purpose is to fill the whole screen with dots and people clicking them, to find new blogs they didn't know about in a total random way. I think this way blogs that could be very apart from one another could become closer. It would benefit the blogs on that list
