I've never understood how people can not know that they can't sing... how does that happen?-
It's their mothers fault! I mean moms always tell us we are the best, we are beautiful, etc. The problem starts when one starts believing them, jajajajaja.

I don't get that either! But I think their sense of sound is so off that they don't know they are off key! I have a friend who thinks she can carry a tune. Believe me--she can't. She wanted me to accompany her (singing) on my guitar. It was tough figuring out how to say no without hurting her feelings. I did though--say no, that is.

One of my friends thinks that because he gets good scores on Karaoke Revolution (a playstation game were you sing and the game scores you on hitting the notes) that he sings. Oh no, he can NOT sing! We make sure to remind him that no, he can't sing, that way we prevent him from trying to go audition for AI. We are good friends, jajajaja.

this is a good warning to mothers. You can be honest with your kids, or Simon Cowles can leave them in tears
